Jane's Notes: Considering its name, I wanted to give the Black-faced Ibis the kind of mask a crime-fighting superhero would envy. Graphite is an especially satisfying medium for this kind of shading. Led by its scimitar beak, the ibis makes purposeful strides across the southern tip of South America.
